Module 2
Organs System & the 7 Domes
04 July till 01 August ’22
The Organs System provides a dynamic vitality and inner volume that coordinates our life-sustaining biological functioning. It is a bridge creating communication between conscious voluntary movement and subconscious physiological states informing the awareness in our body, mind, and emotions.
Fine tuning the complementary relationship between the motions of the organs with the skeletal structural support influences the balance of our autonomic nervous system. This affects the overall sense of calmness and alertness through the entire body refreshing our sense of health and wellness.
Engaging the awareness of the inner volume of the organs as a 3-Dimensional support enhances the fascia fluidity of the postural muscles, influences fuller more balanced breathing and stimulates quality change in our sensory perception, bodily awareness, ease of movement and resonance of sound.
Using breath, voice and movement to generate awareness of the organs as a vibratory/resonant presence and supporting/moving force inside the body influences our expressive vitality, sound and movement flow.

Active Breath is an innovative somatic practice focused on integrating our awareness of the intrinsic connection between body, mind, and emotions through our physical/sensory experience of breath, voice, and movement.
It is a practical approach for cultivating and deepening your embodiment skills, building resilience, and developing conscious attention in your daily lived experience.
Active Breath Somatic Practice is a tool for opening your potential and develops and shapes your embodiment skills to have a clearer sense of self and to make a positive contribution in your world.
Active Breath is a series of guided movement sequences using whole-body breathing & sound directly with physical awareness & movement.
